  Stage 1: The Beginning - Starts With The Removal Of Existing 

Shower, Tub, Flooring, Vanity. Next Comes A Complete Overhaul Of The 

Existing Plumbing Set Up Including Converting The Existing Shower Into A 

New Linen Closet And The Tub Area Into A 5' Shower With Versaille Pattern 

Travertine-esqu Tile. The Vanity Is Getting A New Furniture Grade Cabinet & 

Upgrading To A Two Bowl Vanity From The Existing One Bowl.  

  The Lighting - Is Getting Enhanced With A Sconce Feature, Recessed Can 

Lights Over The Vanity, Vapor Light In The Shower, And Changing Out The 

Dated Exhaust Fan With A New Fan-Light Combination Fan. Let's 'Pop' That 

Great New Tile With Great New Lighting.

  Stage 2: New Hardwood - All The Bedrooms Are Going From Old Carpet 

To Great New Hardwood Prefinished In Natural Stain, These Traditional Oak 

Floors With Enhance The Third Level Of This Tri-Level Home. All The Original 

Builder Grade Oak Bases Are Being Replaced With Designer Inspired Victorian 

Bases In White.
